1.1This policy explains how the website aesthetech.pl (the “Website”), operated by AESTHETECH Sp. z o.o., ul. Hubska 52/14, 50-502 Wrocław, Poland, KRS 0001191504 (“AESTHETECH”), stores information on, or reads information from, the device you use to visit it.

1.2It is published in accordance with Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law (Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej) and Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC. How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

2.1“Cookies” are small text files that a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies include the browser’s local storage and scripts that cause your browser to send information to a server. This policy covers all of them.

3.1The Website does not use cookies, advertising or retargeting pixels, social media plugins, embedded third-party content, or fonts loaded from third-party servers.

4.1The local storage item is strictly necessary to provide the notice in the way you requested (by dismissing it), and is therefore exempt from the consent requirement under Article 399(3) of the Electronic Communications Law.

4.2Vercel Web Analytics does not store or read any identifier on your device. Statistics are produced in aggregate, and the related processing of personal data is based on our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the Website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5.1You can delete the local storage item at any time by clearing the site data for aesthetech.pl in your browser settings. The analytics notice will then be shown again.

5.2You can prevent analytics requests by using a content-blocking extension or your browser’s tracking protection. The Website works fully without them.

5.3Guides for the most common browsers: Chrome (support.google.com/chrome), Firefox (support.mozilla.org), Safari (support.apple.com), Edge (support.microsoft.com).

6.1When Loop CRM or the AI agent runs on a client’s website, the client decides which technologies are used there and informs its visitors in its own cookie policy. AESTHETECH acts as the client’s processor under the Data Processing Agreement.

7.1We will update this policy before adding any technology that stores or reads information on your device, and ask for your consent where the law requires it. The current version and its effective date are shown at the top of this page.
