When you use our contact form we collect your name, work email, company (optional) and message. We also collect basic, aggregated analytics about how the site is used.

Data captured by AI agents we deploy on a client's website is processed on that client's behalf, there, the client is the controller and we act as processor under a separate Data Processing Agreement.

To respond to your enquiry and take steps at your request before entering into a contract; to provide and improve our services; and to meet legal obligations. The legal bases are our legitimate interest, performance of a contract, and compliance with law (GDPR art. 6).

We host data in the EU (Frankfurt) or US (Virginia) and use vetted sub-processors for hosting, email and analytics. We never sell your data. International transfers, where they occur, rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish DPA (UODO).
